上汽大众汽车有限公司(简称“上汽大众”)是一家中德合资企业,由上汽集团和大众汽车集团合资经营。公司于1984年10月签约奠基,是国内历史最悠久的汽车合资企业之一。公司总部位于上海安亭,并先后在南京、仪征、乌鲁木齐、宁波、长沙等地建立了生产基地。
2018年6月,奥迪汽车股份公司获得大众汽车集团所持有的上汽大众1%的股权。从法规和产业政策上,上汽大众已经具备生产奥迪的资质。目前,上汽奥迪项目正在按计划积极稳步推进。

SAIC VOLKSWAGEN AUTOMOTIVE CO., LTD. (SAIC VOLKSWAGEN for short) is a Sino-German joint venture founded by SAIC Motor and Volkswagen Group in October 1984. The company is one of the earliest automobile joint ventures in China. Headquartered in Shanghai Anting, SAIC VOLKSWAGEN has built up production bases in Nanjing, Yizheng, Urumqi, Ningbo and Changsha in succession.
In June 2018, Audi receives 1% of SAIC VOLKSWAGEN’s shares held by Volkswagen Group so that SAIC VOLKSWAGEN can have the qualification to produce Audi products. And the company is in the process of promoting AUDI project.
Looking into the future, SAIC VOLKSWAGEN will continue to lead the development direction of automobile technology, stick to innovation-driven development, and strive to be a “reliable, highly valued and innovative automotive joint-venture”.

上汽大众目前生产与销售大众和斯柯达两个品牌的产品,覆盖A0级、A级、B级、C级、SUV、MPV等细分市场。其中,大众品牌车型有Polo、桑塔纳家族、Lavida家族、凌渡、帕萨特、辉昂、途观、途昂、途岳、途铠、途安、威然等产品系列;斯柯达品牌车型有RAPID家族、明锐家族、速派、柯迪亚克家族、柯珞克、柯米克家族等产品系列。
同时,公司积极进军新能源汽车市场,已推出途观L插电式混合动力版、帕萨特插电式混合动力版、朗逸纯电等车型。大众汽车集团全球首个MEB纯电动车工厂于2018年10月开工,2019年11月首辆ID.车下线,并于2020年10月迎来首款产品ID.4 X的批量投产。未来新工厂将投产多款基于MEB平台的全新一代纯电动车型。
SAIC VOLKSWAGEN covers different market segments such as A0, A, B, C, SUV and MPV with a dozen of series models under VW brand and Skoda brand. VW brand includes Polo, Santana family, Lavida family, Lamando, Passat, PHIDEON, Tiguan, Teramont, Tharu, T-Cross, Touran, Viloran. Skoda brand includes RAPID family, OCTAVIA family, SUPERB, KODIAQ family, KAROQ, KAMIQ family.
Also, SAIC VOLKSWAGEN continues to explore in new fields such as new energy vehicles. It has launched NEV like Tiguan L PHEV, Passat PHEV and Lavida BEV. As an important part of the company's electrification strategy, SAIC VOLKSWAGEN's NEV factory broke ground at Anting in October 2018. The construction of MEB plant was completed in 2019 and the first ID. Product ID.4 X was put into mass production in 2020. The new plant plans to put the new BEV of multiple brands into production based on the MEB platform.
